My 25-year career began at the Leo Burnett Company where I worked in account management and strategy for Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly, The Gap, Lexmark Computers and Hoerchst Marion Rousseau. I founded Noetic Consultants in 2002 with the goal of becoming an effective extension of our clients’ teams. The word “noetic” is related to one’s intellect and thinking. I chose this name for the company because it reflects my team’s commitment to helping clients strategically think through their challenges so that, together, we can take the actions necessary to get to the best possible outcomes. Our clients have included Samsung, PepsiCo, Nike, Marriott, Mayo Clinic and Discovery, Inc. I am also the author of Jack and Jill Went Up the Hill: How Senior Marketers Scale the Heights Through Art and Science, and the creator of the Noetic Art & Science Assessment ™. I am actively involved in many industry, education and community endeavors:

My marketing experience began when I first joined AOL’s Corporate Communications team. From there, I spent ten years with Discovery Communications and had the opportunity to work on some of the highest rated non-fiction cable networks including Discovery Channel and TLC. My background in operations and solution oriented approach led me to Noetic, where I focus on financial management and operational excellence to support our mission to provide high-quality client work.

One of my greatest joys is my 25-year career, and I’m both grateful for and proud of the wide breadth of cross-functional experience I have leaned into along the way. I’ve held senior roles in some of the world’s largest ad and media agencies partnering with CPG, Financial Services and Auto clients, worked client side in technology and most recently built small start-ups plus a company of my own. Throughout this journey, I’ve held fast to core beliefs in the power of creativity, innovation and character – making Noetic a perfect fit. Receiving my undergraduate degree from The American University of Paris allowed me to practice effective listening and cross-cultural communication to truly understand the root of what was being discussed or the problem being solved. During my time in Paris, I was a writer and editor with the Student Media Organization. My experiences helped me strengthen my flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking. I also have experience working with a start-up, which sparked my interest in how companies build their brands and how they connect to customers. I’m excited to dive deeper into marketing strategy and branding at Noetic and apply my journalistic skills to help companies tell their unique stories.
